Great service. I had a similar situation with a non fault claim and damage to the other side of my car last year, which was dealt with through direct line and I asked to go back to main dealer for the repairs as it was still under warranty with them. The service from both the insurance company(regards hire car) AND the main dealer repairs was NOWHERE NEAR the standard I received this time from ARC,AXA and Enterprise. They all communicated very well with each other this time and I was not in any way put out. This is just a very quick thank you email about the way that ARC supported me whilst repairing my car. I have to admit that I was really apprehensive about the whole process of making a claim for the first time but ARC took all that worry away and I was so grateful for your response! Everyone, from reception to the men who picked up and delivered the car back to me was so helpful.
