Sometimes there are instances when you may want to give us feedback on our service, and our Customer Care Team welcome your thoughts and concerns so that we can improve our service to you.

• a daytime phone number
• a clear description of your concern and
what you would like us to do to make it right.

What we will do:

We will try our best to resolve your concern as soon as possible. You can expect to be contacted by the person handling your concern within 24 hours. We will then liase with those third parties such as insurance companies or vehicle parts manfacturers to bring a swift conclusion if possible.

If, after this process you are still unhappy, please contact our General Manager David Hyland to discuss your concerns and agree an appropriate solution.

We value your feedback. Each customer is asked to carry out a customer survey at the end of every repair. Please help us to get it right for every customer.
