Skilled Paint Technician

Experience required in the Motor Vehicle Industry as a Paint Technician. They will ideally be ATA accredited or NVQ Level 3, although individuals who have trained on the job will be considered. Must be able to work to high standards and had experience of working on different models of vehicles. All Technicians are hourly paid and the Company operates a productive efficiency bonus scheme. Skilled MET Technician

Experience required in the Motor Industry as a Skilled MET Technician. Job Purpose to oversee quality control for MET Department (Mechanical, Electrical and Trim) Technicians. MET Technicians are responsible for carrying out quality mechanical, electrical and trim vehicle repairs in line with Audatex estimates. Duties will include completing own strip/fit work as allocated in relation to job card, request parts and sign job card on completion. Ensuring all parts are approved and ordered on dismantling receiving relevant sign off. Responsibility for ensuring work is carried out to a high standard of quality in agreed timescales and sign quality check sheet on completion. Achieving an ongoing high rate of productivity. Adhering to BS10125 procedures at all times. Ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety guidelines wearing all Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided, and work areas are kept clean and tidy. Experience in stripping and fitting a wide range of vehicles. Understanding of mechanical principles relevant to the role. Ability to work alone and as part of at team in a pressurised environment. Ability to prioritise work and complete it to a high standard, whilst adhering to stringent H&S procedures. ATA qualified would be an advantage.

Customer Service Advisor

Must have experience working within customer service. Duties will include checking vehicles in/out, regularly communicating with customers via face to face, telephone, email and SMS. Candidates must be computer literate and able to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience of working within the Motor Industry would be advantageous. Full driving licence is required as duties may also require collecting/delivering courtesy vehicles to and from customers addresses. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver friendly and professional customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
